Terms of use
By using Loc you accept these terms. The rules are short because the product is short: pick the place you are at, leave a frame, and it lives for 24 hours.

Zero tolerance
Loc has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks the rules below is removed and the account may be closed without warning.
Every frame, message and profile can be reported with one tap, and you can block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours.

Who can use Loc
Loc is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that you are under 18, the account is closed.
One person, one account. Opening an account in someone else’s name or with a fake identity is not allowed.

Prohibited content and behaviour
Nudity and sexual content; any content related to the abuse of children.
Violence, threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech and discrimination.
Promotion of illegal products, services or activities.
Impersonation, spam, bulk messaging, automated use.
Trying to find out where another user is or to follow them.
Posting frames that show another person recognisably without their consent.

Frames
Frames are taken with the in-app camera only; there is no upload from your gallery. You are responsible for the frames you post.
Every frame passes an automated safety check before publication; a frame that fails never appears on the map.
A frame lives on the place you picked for 24 hours, then leaves the map and stays only in your archive. You can remove a frame at any time.

Requests and chat
You can send a request to the owner of a frame you can see; to do so you need a frame of your own from the last 24 hours. A chat opens only if the other person accepts.
You can send a request to a person only once. A declined request cannot be repeated and the decline is not shown to the sender. The number of requests per day is limited.
Blocking works both ways: the person you block cannot see you or your frames and cannot send you requests or messages.

Moderation and account closure
We remove content that breaks these terms and delete removed photos from storage. We may suspend or close accounts that break the rules.
Reported content disappears from the reporter’s map immediately. Reports and decisions are recorded so that decisions can be reviewed.
We respond to requests from competent authorities about illegal content as required by applicable law.

Deleting your account
You can delete your account inside the app at any time (Settings → Delete account). What is erased and what remains is set out in the privacy policy.

Paid features
Some features may be offered for a fee in the future. Purchases are made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to that store’s terms; cancellations and refunds are managed from your account in the store you bought from.

Availability and liability
Loc is a product in active development; features may change and outages may happen. We provide the service as is and do not promise that it will run without interruption.
Users are responsible for the content they share and for their dealings with other users.

Changes and governing law
If we change these terms materially, the app will ask you to accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights as a consumer under Turkish Law No. 6502 are reserved.
